What are the average prices to rent an office in London, not in the City?

We're paying just under £1,000 per month (including rates) for 500 Sq Ft just south of London Bridge (just outside the city).

That has to many factors to be of any use.

i.e. size required ( its cheaper the more you buy)
Location,
Serviced if so to what level?
What is included i.e. parking

Actually we need a serviced office of about 30 m2, with parking.

:D It's rather difficult for me to say what else should be included, because in our country we rent only space without furniture and other facilities.
