I have just set-up as a sole trader & I am hoping to get some tips on building a successful European recruitment consultancy.

I am currently working out of my home & have already got a large client on board. My previous experience is 8 years with a leading FTSE recruiter, several of those years were based in France.

The name of the consultancy is Allen & Anthoney, a European recruitment consultancy providing individuals that speak both, English & French, to the construction, civil engineering & property markets.

What vertical market do you operate in?

I know a number of independent recruitment agents and 'psychometric analysts' add value to their client relationships using video email of candidates. Gives them a clear comp advantage.
