Hi i just wondered how you all manager your orders, i am using Microsoft Access the order database that the give in the templates, not the online templates they are all in USA$. I like this software but the template they have doesnt let you create a new order you just have to use the same 1. Have a look ath the [icture below and see if you can help me, i would be very greatfull. :roll:

Most TCM/ CRM's now link into accounts software i.e. sage so this is not a problem.

Dont run my own ecommerce company but have developed a number of sites for other people and these all used an SQL database and either had admin webpages for them to work with or a friend who worked with me wrote a front end when they wanted a non-web page based solution.

We have an access db

with a custom VB interface.

To add a new record click the button labelled ">*", it's at the bottom, last button - before where it says ' of 8 '.
