So, Jeff, what led you into the field of chat-to-text? Is it a product you developed yourself?

Where in Michigan do you live? I have a number of friends who live in Grand Rapids. Also, I understand that Michigan is one of the few places in the US where some families make Cornish pasties. It seems Cornish miners settled there over a century ago.

Pasties. Yummy. To get the good ones you have to go up north more. I am in Canton which is between ann arbor and detroit. Grand Rapids is about an hour or so from me. As far as chat to text goes it is a great application that any website owner should have. Works great with social networking sites as well. Making your site interactive lets your visitors communicate with you while they are still on your site. Like have live support but it goes to your phone. I didn't create the software I just market it. Just released in the UK and AU. Was currently only available in the US and Canada.
