Hi Craig,
Welcome to UKBF :)
It's a brave person that askes for website advice here - but 99% of the time I've seem some fantastic suggestions by some of the members that can really provide some good feedback to the designer and result in higher response rates from your website..
I noticed you did not have an address on your website or tarriffs? Also the online quote isn't actually an online quote is it? 3 good reasons why people may not get in contact with you.
The site looks fresh and clean though - my gut feeling is to highlight a few more benefits to using you a little earlier on - to hook visitors a little stronger.
Hope this helps a little.

Hi Craig
I thought your website was fresh and uncomplicated and therefore just right for the business you're in.
However I must agree with Rob's ( Matrixx) points.
To my mind having no contact address and an 0870 number comes over as meaning one of two things;
a) company is a one person band run out of someones bedroom and they are trying to hide the fact for some reason - this is pretty obvious and prospects will twig this straight away. They might resent the fact that you are trying to fool them at the very start of your relationship and they might wonder how else you may try to fool them.
b) It's some sort of scam.
Anyway there are benefits with dealing with a small organisation ( like low overheads and better value for money ) so don't be afraid - come out of the closet! ( or the bedroom wardrobe in your case!).
Put a contact address and a your name as a contact - avoid phrases like "Call 0870 123456 and speak to one of our sales team!" - as you look like a one man band people will assume that there is no team, just you and maybe your wife - and you have racked up yet another 'fib' to put prospects off.
Honesty pays in the long run and prospective customer hate having the wool pulled over their eyes.

Welcome to the forums - a very nice site with a fresh, crisp design. I would push what makes you different from competition though.

Welcome to the forum!
Something that always runs through my mind with a lot of the introductions is whether or not there was a business before the website?
Have you been established for long? I think the website is clean and tidy but I’m afraid it doesn’t give me the extra push to pick up the phone and call for a quote, but then I am quite an impulsive person.
This isn’t a problem exclusive to your site and my own would probably be guilty of the same thing. Maybe someone can throw some suggestions out as to how we can encourage our clients to take action within the first 7 seconds (I think that’s what you said yesterday Rob?) which is how long it apparently takes to hook them?
Good luck and welcome.
