Im not questioning your business acumen here but how can you manage this?

I have a property which i rent out and i pay about £400 for tenant find only. I managed to get it for £200 once but that company went out of business within 6 months of finding them.

I welcome all questions.

We are a recently formed and very ambitious company, we want a large presence quickly. It is our intention to open another office in Yorkshire, preferably in Leeds within 6 months.

I understand this may not make sense financially, however - fortunately because of other business interests we are able to reinvest all monies back into the company.

Plus this is only a limited introductory offer (I didn’t want to mention this in the first thread as it could seem ‘a fear of loss sales pitch’).

no worries.

I kind of presumed it would be new business. Im the otherside of the penines so not much use to me but thought i would just see whether it is something where peoples money will be taken then you go under or disappear or something. If its a start up offer and youve budgetted for it then thats all good.

Good plan! Any iea of what you will be charging one the 'honeymoon period' is over?

Reason I ask is that we may want to rent out a 3000sqft commercial premises late this year/early next......
