The website currently is using horrendous colours, poor layout and tells the visitor absolutely nothing at all, but apart from that its ok :)

I must agree with Alpha in that the name of your company and the impact of your website are rather at odds with each other. The website looks as though belongs to a very little company indeed ( one that cannot afford a decent website designer or even a graphic package to enable sharp photographs to be reproduced).

Also the phrase 'efficent (sic) but yet effective' is a little odd - I would assume the two go hand in hand, don't they? Maybe you need someone to write some decent copy as well...

Thirdly - no contract address, no names and an 0845 telephone number suggests to me that this is a very small organisation run out of someone's
bedroom.

Sorry to sound harsh, and I know you didn't invite anyone to judge your site, but the details need to be right if you want success.
