Hi, Everybody!

Here's my introduction;

I am a consultant business psychologist and provide business performance solutions for SMEs.

My reason to come here to this forum is to have some help with this following quest:

I am planning to put together a content rich e-zine (newsletter) with relevant to-the-point how-to tips for business management/leadership development.

I would really appreciate if you could let me know what particular questions answered would of interest to read. Maybe, how to manage staff through change, or motivate staff to increase profitability, or even, how to hire the right kind of staff to minimise risk, how to set up a stress policy compliant with the HSE. What ever the question might be, please let me know.

Thank you very much,
Angelika.

Hi Angelika,

Hmm a psychologist eh? <gulp>

Welcome - I should think having a look through some of the posts in the business forums will give you a good idea of the real life questions small to medium sized business people have :)

H Ange,
Welcome!! Rob has coined it; have a browse and you'll soon get a 'feel' (if you get what I mean) for our businesses.

Where is the e-zine to be circulated? By subscription or membership? Free to Forum members?

All the best, Nigel

Hi Angelika

Have a look at the best seller lists on amazon for self-help, business, health and so on. That's a sign of what people want to learn.

Also, there may be people here who've written (or would be willing to write) informational articles that you could use and they'd let you use them for free if you include their contact info.

I'm working on a couple of articles at the moment, one on up-selling and one on referral systems.

If you (or anyone else) might be interested in using these in an e-zine, newsletter or magazine, drop me a PM and, once they're finished, I'll email them to you so you can decide if they're right for your purposes.
