i looked into getting my own workshop and i have been offered a small place which consists of a double garage measuring 18feet by 18 feet and then a small yard. The yard is big enough to park about 6 / 7 cards (only way i could describe it as i didnt take measurements. The garage part is allarmed and there is also a toilet and sink area in the yard. What would be a fair price to pay for this a week.
I got the chance to have it for £55 a week but then other people have said its expensive but seems like a good deal to me.
Thanks

sounds good, but why do you want to park 6 cards?? :)

Sounds good to me. If I had that kind of opportunity round here I'd be in like a shot.

I dont want to park cars its the only way i could describe how big the yard bit was. I will be using it to make garden furniture in and stuff so will store wood in the yard and benches etc. then do all the work in the garage.
Its also literally next door to a police station which is a bonus :D

If you are happy with the price, what does it matter if you are paying what other people think is over the odds.
Is there anything else which would suit your needs that is any cheaper? If there isn't then this is the cheapest you'll get.
