Maybe, I have found the software to view PSF files, XNVIEW visit http://www.xnview.com/en/download.html to download. The file may originate from Arcsoft PhotoStudio http://www.arcsoft.com/public/download_group.asp?DlType=0 there is a trial version apparently.

I will recommend xnview, download the complete solution. It will be on the same link that Adam supplied or you can try irfranview http://www.irfanview.com/.

cheers people i'll give those ideas a go..i did download the trial ArcSoft Photostudio thingy me jig but nothing..it just says unsupported file format! that wasted 20 minutes downloading and installing it to find it doesnt work d'oh.
there only 2 images for someones website and as far as i know, they use a Mac which is causing me major problems, if i change to a Mac then i find people send me PC files and such...compatibility issues really do my head in.
