Hello everyone. Im looking to start my own business and needed some advice on supply channels and maybe alot more and that is why I am here.

I hope I can meet like minded people or experienced people who can shed me some light on my current difficulties in starting my business.

My main problem is really that I know what I want to sell but I dont know where to get it from.

Anyway Im going to post my problem in the relevent section so I hope anyone can help.

Have you created a supply chain management methodology? One where you break down each process? E.g., You would start with your vision and end with the implemenation process...
