Does anyone have or know where to get a standard set of terms and conditions for an online retail site.

Obviously I don't mind changing the 'detail' to reflect the returns and payment policy of the site, but would prefer not to have to write the whole thing from scratch... so looking for a boilerplate if possible...

Cheers...

David

There aren't really standard terms as we all amend to suit our particular business.....take a look at ours - you can use them with your own amendments :)

We insure our templates for use and the B2C version is http://www.limeone.com/shop/product_info.php/cPath/36/products_id/190

If you have specific requirements, or are also selling B2B then please let me know and I will send you over the link for those.
