We're taking around 1500 orders a month through 5 ebay accounts, 3 amazon and 5 websites, plus phone.
All I'm doing is bloody admin, is/what software is available to streamline things.
Amazon for example is an absolutely nightmare- individually printing packing slips, marking dispatched etc.
HELP!

Probably not the perfect solution to all your problems but this invoicing software has helped make my life so much easier with Ebay and Amazon.
You buy & download a licence which adds icons to your browser so for example when you are in Amazon it adds tick boxes to your order page, you tick the ones you want printing, click on the print icon and it exports from Amazon to this invoicing software. Your can then print your invoices (with integral sticky labels), export the data into csv for your records. You then go back to amazon page click on update icon, fill in the pop up box with date, method etc and it updates all your sales.

I couldn't operate without it now.

Another vote for Packing Partner Invoice edition.. I've cut my order packing and pick process down to a third of what it was.
To really make it work, use of the Integrated Labels sheets or similar is a must... Just my opinion but like Tracey I couldn't go back.
Oh and the developer is always open to polite suggestions and ideas for improvements.

Hi,
If you do a lot of the trade through your 5 ebay accounts have you thought about trying Auctiva's free solution? I haven't used it personally so im not sure it will help your problem but just thought it may be worth a suggestion.
