Am hoping someone can help as I am running out of ideas!!!
We have a website that is designed and runs with os commerce as our cart, we except payments through nochex and paypal. However we are having problems when people use Nochex (standard not apc module) for some reason it doesnt always register their order although the payment goes through ok (weirdly its not all the time out of say 20 orders we might get 1 or 2 that dont work).
Originally I thought it was because customers werent clicking the continue button at the end of the payment process - so I changed the payment page so it has a large warning message and the button has been redesigned so it is called Confirm Order - which for a while seemed to fix the problem but now in the last 4 days we have had it happen 4 times and at least 2 of those customers are sure they pressed the confirm order button! - now I have tried everything I can think if to try and re-create the same problem but I cant.
So I am hoping someone can help by suggesting the cause or even better how to fix it.
Keeping my fingers crossed
