Our main revenue stream at the moment is Ebay, we are silver powersellers etc but are confused by the bestmatch rankings.
Our Ebay shows we have Standard placement when listed, the only other option shown is "lowered" (in grey). From reading the help files it would appear there is also a "Raised" profile.
Anyone know what we need to do to be in the Raised category?

Hi,
Thanks for the link, however that page talks about individual listings and how they are affected by the best match feature, there is also a whole account setting where all your listings are affected based on if you are raised, standard or lowered.
Thanks
According to ebay raised listing is not available in the UK, but I had raised status for one night, sales went through the roof. Never heard of anyone being raised all the time, I assume it will be for the really big boys like next etc, to encourage them too list as much as possible.

Thanks for that,
Maybe your night was part of their testing,
we had a day when our sales doubled, then it went back to normal, maybe we got a bit of their testing, lol.
