I currently receive about 2,000 leads a week for businesses that are new start ups, relocated, new branches and change of ownerships (similar to Thomsons)

I currently use this for my calls but looking to pass it onto someone else to use in another industry.

Do you have a licence to resell the data? We had a client's client who got into trouble for this as BT (the original source for most of this data) is very fussy about where it goes to.
