Swift Code SWIFT TRANSFERS?

:D Hi guys

Im looking for a little help, ive been able to make strong connections in China, and have made sample orders, and now im comming to the first trial order.

The payment method they ask for is Telgraphic Transfer, they provided me with a bank account number and also a SWIFT code.
My bank account allows me to do SWIFT tranfsfers and im wondering is this the same thing?

If not does anybody know companys who do Telegraphic Transfers, but not like Western union

The best method probably depends on the amount you're transferring.

Your high street bank will be able to help, but if it's a decent amount of money, such as >£1500 or so, I'd recommend a specialist broker.

You could also try http://www.currenciesdirect.com/business.aspx

These will normally offer much better rates of exchange for larger amounts of money that your high street bank, and I've found them better at providing an explanation of the complexities of the foreign currency markets.
