Document Creation Companies

Hi,

We need some documents creating as part of an overhaul of our existing client facing documents.

Documents will include things like:

- quote documents
- sign off documents
- specification documents
- communication briefs

etc..

Probably around 20 in total. We would provide our existing documents, graphics and bullet points of what we want adding/revising. We are looking for a company that could then do all the copy and produce the documents (with design) to our specification.

Can anyone recommend know any companies that do this? In particular companies that specialise in software, I.T documents?

I am currently overhauling documentation and systems for a manufacturing company in order to improve efficiency and communication.

Your post above sounds very familiar with what we are doing. To do a proper job though, it requires in depth knowledge of what the processes are and where it needs to be. The documentation needs to satisfy that.

In a nutshell, we can help but without knowing the ins and outs, I am concerned that we will not be able to do a good job of it.

Can you jot some more details down and email them to me?

Thanks for the replies. I will obviously provide more detail (a lot more detil!) when we pick a company. Just really looking for possible suppliers at this stage.
