We had had some problems with our existing host,and I asked about a new package on this forum; Carl from Csnewmedia replied, we managed to get everything moved this weekend, and I have t say that dspite my reservations about not having a physical phone number, their ticket system is outstanding - answered within minutes at times and on a Bank holiday Monday until around 11pm last night when we finally sighed with relief!
The speed of the site is 1000 times better than it was, the controls/helms give all the control and backup information/facilities that you could ever need, and my husband who is a Lead technical architect says that as a 'techie' impressing him is hard, but he is 'well impressed'!
We moan a lot on UKBF (!) so I just thought that a big thankyou, a well done, and praise was in order!
