Does anyone have any suggestions on any good email marketing software, for sending out newsletters.

I have looked at Digemail which seems ok.

I would be grateful for any suggestions.

Thanks

I find them very good and reasonably priced, the service is excellent.

it would be good to have three different options, a very basic cheap version, mind range and one that has many fuctions.

I am looking to upload the html of a design to a package. The client can then edit this through a browsers and send it to whoever they want (has to be very user friendly). It would be nice if it was personalised, can unsubscribe and also have a link to the website to scubscribe.

This is something I will be doing more of so it would be good to get a feel for all types on the market, so I can see my options.

Thanks

These are features of most of the online email marketing packages.

If you want a demo account on The Autoresponder then PM me and I'll let you have one to play with for a while :)

can you set up 5 different designs templates in html, then edit these in the application where you dont need to have html knowledge (probably just text amends)

Do you mean a 'drag and drop' online newsletter configurator ?

not sure what you mean.

my client wants to send out 5 different emails. So I am going to create 5 different templates in html. These I then want to import into a software so that the client can amend the text if they desire, then email the template.

does that make sense?

sorry if this is a bit jargonny..

Are the messages to be sent out sequentially or do you just want them to pick and choose which ones are sent when?

Also is your client capable of amending the text if they were looking at the html code?

I think they want to pickabd choose which ones they do.

No, they dont have any knowledge of html and I wouldnt want them to view it. I want to create my own template, but hopefully they can edit the text with out using html. Is this possible?

hmm - I can't think of any online email software off the top of my head that will allow the selection of a template, not allow them to see the html but will allow them to adjust the content.

We don't even store templates on ours for selection - we can do sequential mailings (i.e. week one message one goes out.. week 2 message 2 etc etc)

Sorry,

Rob
