I am currently seeking a PCB Expert/Partner for a new business idea which could potentially take the world by storm in a multi billion pound market.

The person i am seeking would have extensive knowledge of the following:

GPS Systems and Controllers
High Frequency Signalling
PCB Modulation
LED's
Self Powering Systems

In return i am offering 50% of the business idea and of the subsequent revenue from sales of this unique product, following the signing of a legally binding business contract by both partners.

All interested parties please contact me ASAP.

Hi technophobe,

What are you offering beyond 50% stake in the business?
Will the business pay this person a salary from Day 1 or do they need to fund themselves (for how long) before the business generates profits?
What will you do/contribute?
What is your particular expertise in the market you are targetting?
How will this product get to market?
What are the timescales involved?
Who will fund this project?
What are realistic profits one should expect and in what timescale?
What are the risks and how do you mitigate them?
...

There might well be engineers/consultants here who might find your offer attractive, but there are so many other opportunities for these guys out there (especially if they are any good) so you do need to sell your opportunity a bit more - elaborate more on what your expectations are and what should be the expectation of the person you are looking for, try answering some of the questions above, etc.

Having done a couple of joint ventures in electronic product design in the past I know a few good PCB designers/engineers/consultants and I have no problem pointing them to your post, but the above are the questions they will be asking before they even think about getting in touch with you.

If you don't want to disclose more in a forum post, feel free to send me a PM and I will forward this on, just be aware that by disclosing very little you will be limiting the response you get from other forum members.

Good luck,
MV

Hiya Milan

Thank you for your prompt response, the questions you have posed are somewhat deep by their design, however i will get back to you in response with what i consider to be the correct answers to all your questions.

Please note at this point my answers will be somewhat conjecture as this business will be totally new and with all new products research needs to be conducted.

I have browsed the internet at great length and found nothing in competition to this product in it's intended use.

As i have no prototype yet or a patent on the product it would be unwise to reveal too much prior to contractual agreement being made.

I appreciate that your contacts may require a large amount of information prior to being interested but i have to protect my interests.

At the moment i have 50% of a business that is worth nothing....but there is 100% of a business that could be a multi million pound venture you can have no concerns on that point if a partner can be found based on my answers forthcoming.

Many thanks again

Steve.
