christ i'd love to buy a football club! even something non league and on its last legs..just for the opportunity to turn it round and become a football god :) never gonna happen
you'll need the initial purchase price, plus player wages as the club won't get enough through ticket sales to pay the players or staff at non-league level.
you'll find most of the clubs are backed by millionaires or business people/companies and sponsors just to pay wages...they battle hard to survive!
owning a football club is like owning a ship..it's a money pit! you have to maintain the stands, the turf, the security..etc etc you get the idea.
it's a dream of many men but a reality of few.

I have a mint condition Subbuteo team for sale. It comes with a 100% owned stadium that can be ironed onto most carpets.
Seriously, Dude, have you ever thought about PLAYING football? Why would anyone want to own a club, when you can be out ther trippin' the light fantastic and achieving REAL goals.
footnote: Yours truly was once sent off for assaulting a spectator, a difficult schoolmate who was arsing about with the ball when we were 3-2 down. Anyone remember how the KOP used to keep the ball when Liverpool were 1-0 ahead? Well, it was jus' like that. Many years on when they were knockin' the ol' place down we revisited, and my 9 year old was terribly impressed by my sporting prowess ("You mean you actually struck him, Dad?"). Yup, son, me and Eric Cantona both.
Anyhow, whether scoring the winnin' goal or behavin like that French Yobo by bootin' the bystanders, either is bags more fun than owning the shoot and becoming just another of life's spectators. Forget owning a club, forget owning my old Subbuteo team; go pull your socks up and play, play, play the game.
This to me sounds like one of those business where you'll be happy twice... When you buy it and then when you sell it! :D

If you went and looked at level 9 or lower in the pyramid, you could actually purchase a club for around 10,000£
