I want to say to other business people, try NOT to use B**** BINS for your rubbish removal. It will have taken me 12 months to get out of this contract with them. They are more expensive than the council and give a worse sevice, I should have stayed with the council. If you are a bit late sending cheques, or forget they do not empty your rubbish. When you ring them to ask when it will be removed, you get a snotty woman telling you you'll have to wait while next week. Leaving two weeks rubbish flowing over in the bin, perfect for little toe rags to set on fire and burn your shop down. That is what happened to us last time they didn't empty our bin, luckly knowbody was inside or the flat above. It took us weeks to sort out all the damage. I think they should have paid! And done the cleaning!
Rubbish Stinks!

Thanks for the heads up!!
I agree with naming and shaming. Like NTL!!!
Don't even get me started.

Maybe there should be a name and shame section on here.
This could be a really good idea for a web site. You could look for bad trades men listed so not to employ them.

There is a bit of a "law suit" issue here with name and shame :) If I ever get asked to remove a post like this by the company in questions I'm afraid I will have to adhere.

Hi,
Altered my name and shame, is that better? Only problem now is that it looks quite rude!
Sorry my Love!

I agree with the name and shame thing but what about paying bills on time?

I do usually. This time I had a queery on my bill, I rang them about 3 weeks ago and was told I had paid that one. It turns out I was give the wrong info. I took no notice of the reminder because I though it was paid. I sorted it out with them and paid straight away, but still waiting for my bin emptying. I always pay my bills (Bit Cheeky of you  Mr Perfect I suppose!), That's why I'm still in Business!
Not including when they forget to empty it and you are told, sorry but you still have to wait a week. And if you forget to ring up, they charge you for a weeks rubbish removal, when they haven't taken any. I have had lots of problems with these and not to do with money alone.
