Hello and good morning all. I am just back from Spain on a 2 day flying business trip and hence thought I should introduce our new client.

We have now been tasked with building a reseller network consisting of IFA’s estate agents etc. for high-end luxury apartments and villas £350,000 is you entry level with your average being just of £500,000 upwards.

This is more a lifestyle choice with some amazing value added services

So if you know any IFA’s, estate agents or other people who sell to people who either can
a: afford the £500,000
b:Or will break the bank to get such an exclusive lifestyle choice

please let me know.

Sounds interesting Dave!

We could act as resellers - and are always looking for investment property to interest our clients.

In the first instance mail me at on my personal id;

jim_power@hotmail.co.uk

and give me more details of the properties to see if this would fit our portfolio.

I should explain that we sell mainly overseas to clients looking to diversify in investment areas - that means housing stock throughout the world, share portfolio, HEG stock etc etc. High End property is our speciality - but we are open to sell anything to divesify our clients funds and give them an attractive investment - but more later when you contact me.

Jim

Hey, I didn't see it but all of the chaps in the office were talking about a documentary about Spanish land laws that mean if you buy a property then the authorities can make you give it up at any time.

Any one see it, have more details?

I dont know about that one but there was recently a big stink in the US because a similar law came out. I think a lot of States rejected it though.

Hi Chris

I asked our client about this who are part of a FTSE 100 plc and though there have been many scams by fly by night companies they have not come across your specific example. However they would be happy to put a formal and leagaly binding guarantee in writing if you feel this is an issue.

So if you know any IFA’s, estate agents or other people who sell to people who either can
a: afford the £500,000
b: Or will break the bank to get such an exclusive lifestyle choice

please let me know.

Sorry, I wasnt trying to undermine your offer I was merely commenting on recent news I heard from America about new government powers to seize property.

You are talking about compulsory purchasing Chris? I would imagine every Government in the world has laws to do that if they needed the land.

Its like that but they are taking it further. This happened in June. It basicaly says that if a big company wants to build a new plant your house can be taken and demolished. I dont know all the ins and outs of it, there are better articles out there if you do a search but this is the first one I found.

Please I hear your concerns and hence posted my clients reply.

Instead as often happens in here the post will get distracted onto what you perceive a legal issue even though my client would provide a guarantee against this.

If this is still a big concern why do you not start another post to enable me hopefully to get a response to my original question.

Big Thanks
