Hi guys,

l have visited this forum few times but l never really post anything before. But enjoying reading all the post and l find people here are very helpful.

Anyway, l have question about ltd company. l formed a ltd company a year ago and l have not been trading in this company since. It has been a year since l have formed the company and l was asked to return the form and annual fee which l did.

The questions is they asked me to complete the share capital information which is

the class of shares in issue
the number of shares in issue
the aggregate nominal value of shares in issue
the total nominal value of shares in issue
the total number of shares issue

So, basically a full list of shareholders is required with this annual return.

Can somebody advise me on how to go about selling share of my company? You see l don't have an accountant at the moment and l did formed the company by phone (using formation company that advertise on magazine) not through an accountant.

I will be using the company soon but right now l'm doing some marketing research about the business that l'm thinking of starting. Can anybody help please!

I will appreciated all your help.

thanks in advance

joysky

Sorry I'm not sure what your question(s) is exactly. Could you be a little more to the point what you actually want to know and I will give you the answer. :)

Joy, I think that if you are not trading you can apply to be struck off the register? Worth checking the Companies House Website.
