When My lines connected I have great speeds etc.
Trouble is I have a problem with connection keep dropping off.
I've been through all the usual checks, with filter changes, modem changes, plugged direct into test socket etc etc.
Today I had a BT engineer come to check the line, only to find no problems at all showing up.
He stayed for an hour waiting to see if drop off occurred and of course it didn't.
SODS LAW........10 minutes after he left it dropped off...waits a few minutes then re-connects.
He suggested some software that can monitor the line and report of the disconnection.
Anyyone got any suggestions.....free if possible.
