Hello everyone,
I am new to the board.
Im wondering if anyone has any experience or can point me in the right direction to information related to shop returns in the consumer elctronic market for the UK & Europe.
I know that the UK has a higher return rate for all products due to the freedom to return your product within a certian period of time.
But I need to know what is that figure, I hear in the region of 20% for the UK.
Im actually interested in data for digital cameras, but a general figure for all products would give me a good idea.
