If there was only one thing you could do today to improve your business, what would it be?

Do two things that most business people who are a bit stuck in buinessss realise they should do but aren't doing:

Sell - persuade someone to want what you have: NOW
Get leverage - enlist the help of others

I've ramped both of those up.. "nothing happens until someone sells something"

Sort out faster, cheaping shipping from the US.

I've got the sales but can't get the stock fast enough and never manage to order enough!

Check through all the recent enquiries (say last couple of months) and follow them up to try and find out why someone hasn't hired us.

However, you never know, there could be any number of reasons - or they might just have not got round to it.

For example, we were first contacted through our website back in February for telephone answering services. The client has just started to use us today!

I like that answer, and good question.

Off course, combine the two answers above and get other people to sell my products.

It's sometimes worrying how little my staff knows, so yes, spend some time and train them better.

and

start a website and get my already paid for staff, packing and shipping - it'll only cost me in bonuses

yum yum
