Google listing - extra links

Hi guys,

I was doing a search earlier and came across a listing that had extra links under its main link. How do you do that?

As an example goto google.com, search for "belize property agents" on all the web, and the first listing www.belizepropertyagent.com has extra links such as "belize facts", "activites", etc...

Any ideas?
