Shopping cart transaction advice

Hi,

If a customer asks you to process a transaction via your shopping cart on their behalf over the phone, is this allowed?

Basically, enter all the details for them.

A customer of mine isn't very Internet friendly and has asked me to do it for them.

I take orders over the phone via the Protx terminal, i used to do it via the shopping system but when i enabled 3DSecure that became impossible.
