Does anyone use 'paid on results' affiliate scheme

I have been looking at using paidonresults.com as a merchant. Wanted to know if anyone used them as a merchant or affiliate and get your views on them as a company.

Good network and probably the cheapest one you will find, if you need any info on them then your best of asking over at affiliates4u.com/forums/ they also have a forum there.
