Hello

I am trying to set up outlook 2007 think I have done all the basics But i am struggling setting up my accounts. I have my Default one which is GavinRiggs@gmail.com but how do I add my other ones such as Gavin@design-right.co.uk ? They are already forwarded to my Google mail one (When I go to mail.Google.com) When I set a message from out look it says from GavinRiggs@googlemail.com o Behalf of Gavin@design-right.co.uk. I would like the option like in gmail where I can choose where the mail comes from...I do not want to be losing any mail either, any help i svery much appreciated

Go into tools and account settings and add the other accounts there. When you have done so, and then want to send an email you are given the option on the new message which account you want to send it from.

If the others are set up as their own accounts in Outlook you will get the option to send from them.

If they are just forwards you can't set them up as accounts in Outlook.

Outlook checks actual POP accounts and pulls or views the mail on the server. If there's no account set up it can't check the mail.

If you're just forwarding on mail then the only account that's receiving mail is the one the mail's being forwarded to.
