Looking for lists

Looking for lists of World Countries, Cites and states. From America to Asia I need to gather lists of all the world countries states and cites. So if you know any websites that will allow me to do the old copy and past if would help A LOT .

Very good but the problem is I would have to type each one out I cant copy and paste the list into a blank document. I have got a list of US states but still finding it hard to get a list of world cites.

copy paste the table into notepad. This means you lose all the unnecessary formatting and just retain the text.

Then delete the additional words you dont need, this is really easy in notepad. Now you have a full list. You can copy this list into whatever program you want.
