With e-retailing in the UK currently worth about £15bn, and growing at close to 50% each year*, you can't afford to be without e-commerce.
Hi, my name is Karen and I run an e-commerce development company called Sanzu Solutions. At Sanzu we realise that a successful web presence involves much more than designing a fantastic web site or having great products. In order to ensure that your website will meet your business goals, it must be carefully planned, developed and marketed by professionals who can help you achieve your goals whilst remaining within budget.
To find out how we can help your business either email me on karen.robinson@sanzusolutions.com or visit our website at www.sanzusolutions.com

Kazu,
I think the question was a simple one. You've no links on your site to any previous work you've undertaken (e-commerce websites), it might be worthwhile posting some up to give people confidence.

and your website has a huge horizontal scroll for me, with nothing but blank white space on the right hand side......

If your advertising web site design - you need to work on your site. Sorry. Also, I couldn't find any registered office for your company

Might be a bee in my bonnet but..
Whenever I see a website with no business address or phone number a flashing red sign scrolls across my noddle...
it reads;
***Warning***No Contact Info!***Avoid!***Warning***No Contact Info
I really must see my doctor about that but that sign has saved me more than once.
Why put 'Offices in Hampshire and Dorset' - am I supposed to go to those counties and start asking for you?
Just thought! Maybe you mean that literally - that your offices are in both Hampshire and Dorset - now that's what I call large premises - mind you isn't Christchurch in both counties? Maybe that's where you are!

I don't give those contact details. Frankly, if someone turned up on my doorstep because they found my website(s), I'd be terrified. As for the phone... I really, really hate phone calls. REALLY. I put a great deal of effort into customer support, but if someone rang me in the middle of the night because of problems setting up a database, I wouldn't be a happy bunny :P
Nevertheless, a website with no portfolio can be worrying, unless the person admits they're new to a business.

Even a "rented" mailing address can give a bit of credibility to a website, as for a phone number, get a 2nd line and leave it on silent when you don't want to be disturbed.

as for a phone number, get a 2nd line and leave it on silent when you don't want to be disturbed.
We had to do this recently when Americans started calling us at 1am asking for quotes - and then calling back the next night at the same time!
We work pretty much round the clock (well it feels like it anyway), but the business line gets switched to answerphone at 6pm, so we at least get a break from the calls :)
