I was wondering SEO experts. How come some buinsesses have links underneath their link in google whereas moat including mine just has the title, description and link.

They are known as sitelinks:

These as Fire said are known as sitelinks and to find out whether your website has sitelinks you can check in Google webmaster tools. Not every site has sitelinks and its generally the sites that are respected or an authority in the search engines. Also to note if a website has sitelinks it does not mean every web page of that site in the search engine will appear with site links.

Usually you only get these if have have a large lead on your competitors for a certain keyword. Thats why many websites have them show up when you type in their website name into Google.
However don't expect to gain them over night, as you need to be seen as an authority by Google to gain these, and usually need to be the top listing on page 1 of the search engines too.

Of its either of the two listed below then i have an answer.
Just to clarify, Are you on about he indented link (two listings as opposed to one) or when they list the individual pages for a site . IE contact, about us etc.. search "optimisation" as an example
