Just a quick note to give credit where it's due!

Mike from ebonybaily.com ran a campaign for us over the last 3 days - working from a list of 160 companies I supplied (but had never contacted) - he sourced us 10 appointments and countless request for more Info

Cheers Mike, great job!

well done ebonybailey

Oh and a quick question from 1 good telesales company to another ( Contact Foundry not BIZAL) did you charge Top Click money or commission only?

Now Now Dave don't start that argument up again

Its good to hear people generating business for each other from the site which is mutually beneficial.

Hopefully references like these will increase your potential business.

LOL sorry could not help myself!

As for work being passed to other forum members, and it creating positive results I think we should shout about this more.

BNI is very big on this point and yet we do not talk about it on here. This for me would help create a bigger reason for people to join and be ACTIVE on the forum and the more members , the more suppliers and more opertunities!

Wholeheartedly agree with you on that point.

The only problem is that I have known a couple of members of this forum who have been burnt ny memebers expecting to pay very little and often nothing for work which they have asked to be helped with. Strangely enough those people don't offer their services on these forums any more which is a great shame as we could generate a lot of business between members although they obviously are able to use others services where the price is lower but the service is comparable or more closely aligned to the individual needs.

Actually the top click campaign was a nice campaign to work on, a lot of people were intersted in getting Managed campaign together, many of you will know what a pain it is, and the fact that Rob does work on a budget its not a case of getting a huge bill at the end of the month, I am tallking to him at the moment to see what he can do for me.

I'd be interested in seeing what was required to look towards a campaign :-)

Although that said I know I'd need to do some arm twisting to have a budget made available.

Richard are you talking to me or Rob?

We both do campaigns, but of different kinds

To be honest I don't know ;-)

Basically I am just scratching my head as to how to get infront of more design / development agencies with Colony.

Strangley enough we are being found by end clients that would want Colony, and since the development company was born from the design side of things our design company is happy with the leads, although not perhaps the geographic location of them which is the need to get infront of other houses.

It's early days and I need to pull together a budget from somewhere, break a few arms to get the site tarted up and get the content re-written, sort out pdf materials, collate our growing list of testimonials etc. so I doubt anything will happen soon.

Richard

May I suggest giving Rob a call. We deal with b2b strictly, and I am not sure the value of your product - service will justify a telemarketing campaign as I would suggest at least a 2 week campaign.
At least with rob, whatever your budget he can fit around, and that I would imagine that the competition on google will not be massive therefore you should receive a high return on your investment. Sorry I could'nt help but Im happy to tell you to speak with rob.
