Please not these do NOT work well if you get your key words wrong.
You need
1: Geographical words i.e. GB, Great Britain, Scotland, England, UK, London etc
You then need industry key words
You then need press release relevant key words.
If you need article submission sites as well just let me know.

You can also try http://www.i-newswire.com which I have found gets you good distribution,
