amazonfail - What caused the Amazon firestorm

I don't know what I find funnier to be honest. The mere fact that it was possible to do on an site of Amazons size and superior security or the resulting wave of anger.

Don't get me wrong, it could have been anger directed at one legged farmers with receding hairlines and it would have still amused me at the way that something turned global overnight ;)


Before anyone misreads my posts and thinks for a second I'm a homophobic then I'm not. Just thought I would make that crystal clear to avoid the bun chucking :)

I think that's stupid - if you have to be 18 to buy from the website, then surely you should be allowed to choose what you want to purchase, whether it's adult content or not?!

It just shows you what the voices of the internet masses can do these days. I think many big companies should be in fear of the power of the consumer and the platform that that internet can give them.
