does anyone know of a place to find Soft Loans? I remember the Prince's Trust offering me £5,000 back in 2005..the terms where that it was to be repaid like a bank loan..HOWEVER..it was negotiable and repayment terms where more flexible and less demanding than a bank loan e.g. they won't take your house and your tv if you cannot afford to pay it back.
i'm thinking of any investors too..perhaps those that want to invest and then get say 5% profit back in 12 to 18 months and then not have to worry about there investments going up and down in value. Cash injection for a start-up etc.
