Hi folks. Well, after arguing with my web developer they refuse to refund my money. They said they would show me a new template on Thursday (yesterday)... nothing. For the third week.
Now I think I have to cut my losses and run. If they are this incompetent at the design stage I don't trust them to do my site.
I am going to keep the design that I have but need a better way to display my catalogue of products.
Here is bare bones of what I need:

Gallery pages displaying products.
A searchable database for my products.
A template for a display page for each product.
The existing site made techincally accurate so that it looks correct in all browsers.

Can people PM me quotes to let me know what they would charge for this? Money becomes less of an issue if I can pay in installments. :) I am so exhuasted with this whole fiasco and really need it done ASAP.
Thanks guys. At least I know I can trust people here!

Just signup for a ekmpowershop store. Twenty quid per month with no contract. You can design your own layout very easily, or send me a private message and I can come up with a quote (since im a designer).

PowerBasket is £19.95 a month and unlike ekmpowershop there is no set up fee.

It also comes with 5 built in templates!

P.S PowerBasket has no contract :-)

P.S PowerBasket has no contract :-)Nor does it appear to offer any SLAs (from the T&Cs: "We make no guarantees of hosting uptime but we usually enjoy a 99.8% uptime, however we are not liable if this is not always the case.")

I also note that there is no business address on the website (at least not obvious). I did not think that was allowed these days.
