Hello! Is there anyone out there who can recommend a nice easy way to send customers e-mails on their birthday? I want to create a database and an email template for each month and then just sit back and have a bit of software send them out.

I use constant contact to send out html emails. I use them for my newsletter but you could try it for birthday messages as it can be customised to fit the size of your content. It is free for 2 months as well!

They provide a very good service and are always on hand to answer questions.

I use Constant Contact to gather customer registration information, and my newsletter. I like them too. I also use them for other clients who would rather have someone else do the work for them. :)
I don't think it offers an automatic email feature based on subscriber content though.

Sorry I think you are right. I misread your first post!

It is excellent though! I tried other packages before and found no success with them. The one issue I have is archiving my newsletters, it says to copy the source code into a web page, but when I do this it doesn't look remotely the same or have the images, any ideas?
