Hello all, how do you get in touch with e-tailers? By this I mean those online website/stores that may be interested in stocking your product? I have tried the addresses they list on their site and gone through their customer services phone numbers etc, but I simply cannot get past them or get any further. I can't write to them as no addresses tend to be listed. Has anyone else had any luck?
Thanks
Caroline

If they don't have addresses listed then they are breaking the law and probably wont be very reputable anyway.

Hello Caroline,
I work the other way - looking for suppliers - however, I telephone and speak to them directly. I find it alot easier and then can answer any questions immediately.
Alternatively, I send an email and follow up with a phone call.
As Epiphany said, if their contact information is not clearly stated, then you probably don't want to be touching them with someone else's bargepole!!
p.s. I could be interested?
