Hi All,

Hoping someone might be able to help.

We're looking at introducing a support number for some of our networks, obviously the logical thing would be to use an 0800 number. However, these don't allow free calls from mobiles (which a lot of our technical calls will be), so I was wondering if anyone knew of a service which provided freephone from landline and mobile calls.

Thanks in advance.

I remember years ago that orange call to a 0800 number used to be free, it was something was considering for 50 driver mobiles at the time.

Thanks for the replies.

From this, are you saying they aren't actually free, or that you have to pay more to make it free from mobiles? Any ideas of a company who could offer this?

Thanks

Have a look at the new 03 number range. These are true local rate (unlike 0845) and are included in free minutes on mobile phone contracts (as long as you have free calls to landlines that is) and are charged the same as a local rate call otherwise.
