ive just invested in a dialler for my own company who carry out debt recovery. The software has the ability to put more bums on seats than the debt collection requires, so im thinking of setting up a call centre for other purposes seperate to collections.

Perhaps lead generation.

What sort of calls do you outsource ? and what do you think ?

There are some good VOIP services available these days and the quality is improving all the time. It very cheap but it doesn't suit all types of work.

We use a Virtual PA and find this exteremely useful as it gives a great impression even if you are not there.
