We are opening a new meeting venue in Mayfair (free touchdown space / free wireless internet access) and we need to decide what food and drink to have on the menu.
If you are going somewhere for a business meeting and intend to have a light lunch what would you like to see on the menu?
Your comments will be very much appreciated.
Regards,
Simon

I would recommend a range of sandwiches and baguettes, along with the usual Cafe Uno type range of coffee's. Few chocolate bars and crisps wouldn't go amiss either.
PS. If you want somewhere to buy the catering/display equipment I can recommend contacting Mary Barber from http://www.advance-catering.co.uk/

Nothing too messy, like Ozzy - I like baguettes :)
Can't beat a range of fresh ground coffees with fresh milk/cream instead of those horrible little catrons that are actually just vegetable fat.

I'm with Ozzy and Matrixx.
Also how about a small choice of freshly baked pastries / cakes and also some fresh fruit.
Don't forget to cater for vegetarians and maybe offer people the chance to book if they have special dietary requirements - e.g. gluten free, diabetic, etc

I would like Caviar, Champagne and some expensive belgian chocalates, also a free I Pod for everyone who attends, please PM me an invite
Seriously now, I agree with the Guys above, nice finger food is always best

Hi Simon,
You're incredibly prolific! First I spoke to you on Ecademy, then I saw a posting of yours on a newsgroup and now this!
I'd say finger buffet stuff - mini sausages, Vol au Vents, etc. Sandwiches goes hard and nasty too quickly!

Hot finger buffet please.
(Did you know that the letter "K" derives from the Egyptian word for hand, because it's a picture of the four fingers?)
