I have purchaced, several times from a company that sells Compatable inkjet cartridges to the public, they are a company that is operated by there supplier... They are Branded either CybaJet or IMjet be warned i have no experiece with the parent company(supplier) but there small sales company Nutronics are a nightmare to deal with, they debate with you the very essence of the Sales of goods act, distance selling regulations and refuse pointblank to give you a refund i have even on numerous occassions during my complaints been called by a member of staff a "mother FU**er" Warning to not buy from Nutronic Limited.

www.nutronic.co.uk you will be fine untill you need to complain then you will get burnt... anyway im off to file the small claim now so i will say good bye

Just thought id offer the friendly people a warning,

Legal Rubbish " everything in this thread is my opinion"

Hi,

I am very sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience. Unfortunatley this can happen sometimes, particularly when the products are priced so cheap. The attitude some inkjet businesses have is that because the products cost next to nothing and you can buy a 100 cartridges for a pound, if one goes wrong or you have a problem it doesnt matter.

(I dont exactly know what kind of problem you had)

And because the assumed business practise 'buy alot, buy cheap' there is no apparent need for customer service as these businesses run online and don't want anything to disrupt the flow of customers! If they are talking to you, they're not counting the cash!

If you want to try my service out please take a moment to look at my website and sign up for your Easy Order webpage.

(I think we have spoken before on msn)

Whistle, yes we have, but no the problem is how slow there dispatch and the lieing of there staff about delivery times and packing times, and the lack of communication.i just thought id warn everyone else i have other suppliers its just i like to have more than one place to buy from....

and to be honest they where not all that cheap, compared with other companies i have had no problems with.

Thanks
Nathan

lol Packing times, well according to the reason it wasnt dispatched on time was because it took approx 4-5 days to pack.... order was for less than 250 items what a joke...... and then half the items where not going on this order as there not in stock....

Thats a shame - looking at their website they have some incredible deals on CD's / DVD's. Did you eventually recieve the merchandise? Have you considered complaining to their head office (or business owner, as it were) about the customer support you've recieved?

There are other cheap Ink suppliers though, such as WhistleInk, who you might want to try in future if this company is really messing you about.

Good luck with this :?

If anyone is not happy with the service they are receiving, they should make a point of telling the business involved.

If you don't you are kind of agreeing that their methods are acceptable and so they will continue this level of 'service'.

And if they are not willing to listen, they tell the with your wallet - by not giving them your cash!

lol yeah. im well cheaper than when compared to originals but i think my high quality PREMIUM compatibles are not the cheapest in the group. I guess its just what ppl are willing to live with.

Being called a "mother FU**er" is quite enough reason for me never to touch them :x Absolutely unacceptabe. Thanks for the warning.

I buy my compatible cartridges online from a 'cheap' company that I won't name, and their customer service is fantastic. The first time I bought from them (and it was only a small order) I couldn't get one to print. I commented this to the company, and a customer services person took the trouble to email me back almost straight away, running me through the system to make it work! And it did work! 8) I've stuck with them ever since.

 Sorry Whistle Ink

Thanks for everyones imput, I would like to say, i have done all suggested, i havent recevied the merchandise and there offers are great, i have written to my previous contact [who was great] in the company as well as sending a letter to the managing director and the registered office.... i will if no goods still arrive or receiving a refund issue a small claim against them this has gone way past the money i now want others individuals and businesses to know what they are deailing with.

Plus i agree being called a mother fu**er was not what i was expecting.... after all this order is protected by about a million and 1 laws.....

Anyway thanks again guys..
