Hi Folks,

I'm looking to gather data on how people acheive work/life balance. I'd appreciate any comments as to what online software I could use to produce such a thing. I'm looking to give away a prize too in a draw for everybody who entered. Any suggestions on what it could be would be appreciated also. It would be good to tie this into the general theme.

Look forward to your comments.

Barry,

A few freeones spring to mind but I think they are all single question surveys.

At the risk of a blatent (but useful) plug ....

I have some software that allows you to set questions and answers using drop down boxes (for set answers) or text fields (for open ended questions), it then records the results, emails the person who completed the form for verification, and then allows you to email the person according to their answers IF they gave you permission to.

It does not do all the sums and convert it to a pie chart though.

The software is Here (http://www.ecust.co.uk)
