Anyone Heard of Notanant & SEO Compatability?

I have a website which I'm analysing and it's using the Notanant CMS tool to create and link content. It seems to be doing some strange things SEO wise within the Google sitemap....

Does anyone know whether this tool creates code which is SEO compliant?
