Thank you for your advice. I have tweaked my website to include these good sensible ideas (e.g. disclaimer, clean website redesign, taking some weird stuff that wasn't really working out.) As for a professional web designer / copy writer, I will consider these in the near future, as I really want to get going now( i hope this won't be a vicious circle!). Again, many thanks for your help.
