Anyone use Tigerpaws Software for CRM?

I am researching new CRM software for our business. One package that has been recommended is Tigerpaws Software which provides help desk, project management, CRM facilities.

Just wondering if anyone here has used this package or can recommend it?

Alternatively if you are using another CRM/Call logging package - what is it and would you recommend it?

Thanks for the recommendation. We are now evaluating a couple of different packages, focussing on CRM packages that are suitable specifically for the IT management & support sector.
